Sound Healing

Sound healing with crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramids and gongs is believed to offer various benefits for the mind, body, and spirit.

The resonating tones produced by these ancient tools can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and induce a meditative state, leading to a sense of calm and wellbeing.

The vibrations are thought to help balance the body's energy centres (chakras) and facilitate energetic healing.

Additionally, sound healing may enhance focus and concentration, improve sleep quality, and support the body's natural healing processes.

While it is not a replacement for medical treatment, many people find the experience to be deeply therapeutic and transformative.

Sessions range from thirty minutes to one hour.

Cost per session - £25 (30 minutes)/£40 (60 minutes).

Breathwork, Guided Meditation, Sound Healing Group Sessions

Group sessions start with connection to ourselves, each other and the shared space. We then practice a different breathwork/pranayama technique each week, followed by a guided meditation. The session closes with approx. 30 minutes of sound healing using crystal singing bowls aligned to the seven chakras, a crystal singing pyramid and a wind gong.

Cost per session - £10 per person.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT)

IEMT is a therapeutic approach that aims to alleviate emotional distress and trauma by using eye movements. Eye movements can help access and reprocess traumatic memories and the techniques involved can help shift emotional states and patterns.

Session length can be variable dependent on need, ranging from 30 minutes to 120 minutes.

Oxygen Advantage®

The Oxygen Advantage® is a breathing technique and training program developed by Patrick McKeown.

It aims to optimise breathing patterns to enhance oxygen uptake, improve physical performance, and overall well-being.

The program emphasises nasal breathing, breath-holding exercises, and controlled breath work to increase carbon dioxide tolerance and improve oxygen utilisation in the body.

Practicing these techniques regularly can lead to better athletic performance, reduced stress, and improved sleep quality.

We offer bespoke cold immersion sessions which start with breathwork to prepare the body and mind followed by 10 minutes immersion in our ice bath. We close the session with a beautiful cup of ceremonial cacao.

Athletes often utilise contrast baths or showers to accelerate muscle recovery and reduce post-exercise soreness.
